1:1 Coaching

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll start with a simple coaching agreement and a look at your health history. This helps us understand your unique story—where you’ve been, what you’ve tried, and what really matters to you. All forms are completed ahead of time so that, in our very first session, we can dive right into the work that supports your growth and well-being.

Each one-on-one session is 50 minutes and can be held in person or remotely—whatever fits most naturally into your life. We recommend committing to at least 8 weeks so there’s space to build trust, create momentum, and explore meaningful, lasting change. This isn’t about quick fixes or rigid rules—it’s about helping you care for yourself in a way that feels grounded, personal, and sustainable.
